My client is looking for an Associate Town planner to be based out of their growing office in Chelmsford! The role is for a well-established housebuilding company based in the UK, with a global presence. The firm offers a wide range of services, including residential and commercial property management, investment advice, and town planning. This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate Associate Town Planner to join a dynamic and growing team in their Chelmsford office.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant town planning degree, and the professionally RTPI accreditation. You must be able demonstrate a proven track record of effective Town Planning work. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role, both verbal and in report writing.
