We are looking for a result driven, team-oriented, and dynamic colleague to fill the position as an Associate Tender and Business specialist, within our Coronary Renal denervation (CRDN) team in our Benelux Nordic region. Living in the capital region in any of the countries (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium or the Netherlands).

As our Associate Tender and Business specialist, Coronary and Renal Denervation you will join our Benelux Nordic team of 13 colleagues within sales and marketing. Your committed responsibility is to support our sales manager and coach our sales team in tender management, contracts and reimbursement processes to maximize our opportunities and potentials within or coronary portfolio including renal denervation. Throughout your workday you will work close with our sales team to ensure high quality and consistency in our tender and contract management to grow our business. A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for:

• Developing solid and efficient tender and contract management processes, ensuring pricing and product positioning are aligned with requirements and strategies.

• Ensuring successful implementation of the tender process.

• Aligning and liaising with field sales and all operational tender functions to ensure execution.

• Actively managing tender pipeline and stakeholder mapping for upcoming tenders.

• Driving CRDN business growth and market share within the region.

• Drive pricing strategies to maximize sales for every market in a complex region.

• Identifying and building strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers (interventional cardiologist, purchasers, nurses) and those influential in the purchasing process.

• Prepare the market or the introduction and market release of new products and therapies, e.g. reimbursement processes.

Must Haves

• Healthcare related medical or business degree or its equivalent

• Some proven business experience

• Outstanding communicator, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, problem-solving mindset and positive can do attitude. Customer oriented with a high drive of building long term relationships

• Ability to learn, be creative and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Travel capacity up to 25% of a work week

• Fluent in English

• Driver’s license

Nice to Haves

• Experience in tender management optimization

• Experience in the MedTech or pharma industry

• Experience within interventional cardiology

• Understanding of health care systems

• Dutch, French or a Nordic language is an advantage
