We join the dots of our finance, payments and revenue enablement capabilities to deliver products and services that help our internal teams and commercial partners succeed.The ‘Customer Payments’ teams play a vital role in providing an easy and secure way for our customers to pay for their orders. We also need to ensure the money is captured and moved to our accounts in accordance with compliance requirements.We’re looking for someone who isn’t scared to roll up their sleeves and get things done! To be successful, you’ll need to be a motivated self-starter with an ability to work collaboratively with more Senior Product Managers and a Tech team.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Working with users, engineers and designers to detail product specifications
- Supporting the translation of product roadmap into short-term manageable product backlog
- Building short-term product backlog aligned with product strategy
- Engaging with analytics and insight to aid decision-making and understand the key metrics the team is driving
- Supporting the creation of release documentation, workshops and operational support of launches
- Working with the team to define User Stories Acceptance criteria validating an acceptable time frame based on the acceptance criteria defined
What will you bring to the table?
- You’re curious, practical, and focused on outcomes.
- Relevant work or academic experience, preferably with a strong background in Computer Science or Business, with a proven ability to demonstrate how software products are built
- Proactive self-starter who is curious about how to get software released on a global scale
- Team player; works well with others to deliver as part of a team with the ability to confidently engage their peers and stakeholders
- Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Down-to-earth, eager to learn, and driven to have a positive impact on the people around you
