The Product Operations team works at the intersection between Product, Customer Success, Sales and Engineering. The mission of the team is to be a trusted partner, providing process and information in support of bringing a better experience and more value to our customers faster.The Associate Product Operations Manager will be instrumental for maintaining smooth coordination for the different customer feedback channels monitored by the Product Operations team at Collibra. You will focus on managing the product engagement process that serves both our customers and our field organization by effectively handling product related information requests. You will become a valuable team member collaborating closely with other Product Operations managers and supporting the customer feedback channels owned by the team: ideation portal and beta platform.The Associate Product Operations Manager at Collibra is responsible for

  • Being the primary point of contact for any product related information requests and customer escalations.
  • Navigating the Product and Engineering organization to find the right owner(s) and collecting the right information to solve our stakeholders’ requests
  • Maintaining close relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Support on the one hand side and Product and Engineering on the other to effectively handle and follow through on high priority requests and escalations while ensuring visibility, traction and ultimate closure.
  • Collaborating closely with the rest of the Product Operations managers by providing support triaging the customer feedback tickets in the different channels owned by the team.
  • Providing support in project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, managing project documentation and triaging feedback tickets.

You have

  • Experience with software development life cycle process and feedback management tooling (Jira, Aha, Zendesk, Pendo, Centercode, etc.) is a plus
  • Good work ethic with a flexible work schedule to support all our stakeholders within Collibra and our customers all around the world
  • Problem solving mindset and willingness to learn and grow your skill set at Collibra
  • Early career experience through an internship or student job in the world of software (preferably Software-as-a-Service) is a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience with focus on either product / project / software / process management is required

  • Passionate about solving problems effectively and efficiently through cross functional collaboration and data informed prioritization and decision making
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills in English. A talent for active listening and fast learning.
  • Understand the importance of collecting customer feedback, analyzing it fast and ultimately reporting insights and status back to key stakeholders.
  • Ready to work in cross-functional and remote collaboration

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will be successfully onboarded at Collibra and within the Product Operations team.
  • Within your first three months, you will be more familiar with Collibra’s Data Intelligence Cloud products and you will be familiar with the Product Engagement Process, the Ideation Process and the Beta Program Process.
  • Within your sixth month, you have established yourself as an effective team member being able to handle all types of customer feedback channels.

Compensation for this roleThis position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation.
