Joining Collibra’s Product TeamWe are looking for an associate product manager to join our growing product management team. The mission of the Integrations Team is to help build integrations to ingest metadata and lineage from popular data platforms, BI, and ETL tools, so our customers can manage their data assets within Collibra Data Intelligence platform. You will collaborate with design, engineering, field teams and other product teams to contribute to the product roadmap for integrations in your scope and drive execution, while working with teams spanning across different regions including Europe and North America.We believe our customers are our North Star, they are at the center of everything we do, and we obsess in building products that solve customer problems and needs.Associate Product Managers at Collibra are responsible for

  • Contributing to the product strategy and roadmap for the integrations in your scope
  • With manager’s guidance, plan for execution based on data driven decisions
  • Understanding our customer pain points and contribute to their solutions
  • Analysis of the APIs available from third party data platforms, BI, and ETL tools, and documenting the integration approach
  • Collaborate with Collibra’s partners in driving joint integration roadmap execution
  • Collaborating with the product team including engineers, architects, and designers.
  • Prioritizing the product backlog with the inputs from customers, field teams and market research.
  • Tracking and managing progress, risks, and dependencies of product deliverables

You Have

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Associate Product manager/Data Analyst/Developer or related experience with focus on data and data management
  • Experience capturing and analyzing requirements (internal and external) including data points.
  • Experience in either data or metadata integrations with common cloud data platforms, BI, and ETL tools, is preferred
  • Worked in a multicultural and diverse environment

Reporting to Collibra’s Product VP, the Associate Product Managers’s measures of success are

  • Within your first month, you will have a good understanding of the team vision and roadmap
  • Within your third month, you will be driving the execution of the roadmap with minimal supervision including managing the product backlog for your scrum team
  • Within your sixth month, you will be the product expert in customer and internal interactions for the integrations in your scope
