The Job’s Mission:

As Associate Medical Education Program Manager for Stryker’s Endoscopy (Visualization) business in Europe , you will manage the strategy, planning and execution of Healthcare Professionals’ (HCPs) course trainings, product trainings, workshops, etc. – in partnership with stakeholders such as our Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams.

Some of your main responsibilities will involve curriculum development and event management: supporting in-person and online learning. You will educate and demonstrate the clinical benefits of our product portfolio to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. What you will do:

  • In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product and clinical trainings to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

  • Understand the market positioning and competitive landscape.

  • Responsible for the development of our annual medical education strategy in alignment with customer needs and business goals.

  • Curriculum/program development and creation/delivery of educational content – utilizing HCP input. You’ll demonstrate technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs.

  • Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with the medical education strategy.

  • Drive collaboration with broader Medical Education, Marketing, Events, Finance and other stakeholders.

  • Lead the project management of medical education programs and manage internal/external resources that support an overarching strategic direction.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, clinical advancements and develop a network of key opinion leaders (KOL) to drive excellence in the Medical Education offering.

  • Organize and deliver classroom/virtual courses, workshops, events, etc. Understand the different communication channel strategies and associated impacts.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through voice of customer (VOC), metrics, surveys, etc. to enable potential improvements.

  • Monitor budget and identify opportunities to decrease costs by evaluating current program, processes, etc.

  • Travel percentage: 40%.

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • 6+ years of work experience is required.

  • Ability to accurately and effectively manage projects to ensure timely outcomes.

  • Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills – with fluency in spoken and written English .

  • Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and to also establish relationships/work in collaboration with others.

  • Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.

  • Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in fields such as Education/Training, Marketing/Sales, Project Management or Events Management within industries such as MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals or related is highly preferred .

  • MBA is preferred.
