Your new role
As an Associate Marketing Director at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Lead commercial strategy and marketing efforts to ensure successful execution in the HCP segment.
-Drive growth and improve business performance across BA West affiliates.
-Foster cross-functional collaboration between HCP Marketing and Frontline Excellence teams.
-Implement global/IO-SO brand strategies across BA countries with minimal local adaptation.
-Prioritize portfolio opportunities to accelerate growth and succeed with new product launches.
-Promote communication and collaboration to drive innovation and organizational effectiveness.
Your new department
The Associate Marketing Director role is based in Ørestad, Copenhagen, where you will join the BA West Medical & Marketing team. This dynamic and collaborative team works closely with EUCAN Marketing, IO-SO teams, and BA West markets to drive impactful strategies and achieve business goals. The BA West office is a vibrant area with a strong focus on innovation and cross-functional collaboration, providing an inspiring atmosphere to excel in your role.
Your Skills and Qualifications

-Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business management within the pharmaceutical industry, across multiple markets
-At least 2 years of senior-level experience within a pharmaceutical affiliate, working in close collaboration with Marketing
-Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving sustainable business growth
-Strong experience in budget management and setting as well as delivering against operational targets
-Experience within obesity and/or cardiovascular therapeutic areas is a strong advantage
-Demonstrated experience in indirect leadership and influencing stakeholders across functions
