In this role, you will lead a team responsible for Training, Document Control, Health & Safety, and Quality across PPV. You will play a critical role in transitioning the department from project phase to daily operations, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization. Working at the intersection of PPV Business Support Manufacturing and the broader organization, this position offers you the chance to influence processes, people, and systems on a wide scale while ensuring compliance and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

We are approximately 250 colleagues as of now, working in several departments and teams to finalise the first process line, that will start up operation. We will produce the future products of Novo Nordisk, which play a significant role in Novo Nordisk’s social responsibility strategy. We deliver massive quantities to third world countries. We are dedicated to deliver strong results that add to the success of Novo Nordisk in crucial ways by ensuring high quality API at a competitive cost for our patients.
