Then we have the right job for you.The PositionAs an Associate Manager for Training in ET, you will be leading the development and implementation of new training processes, training projects and training strategy deployment and through your team consisting of 9 employees.Your key responsibilities will include:· Motivating, leading, and setting directions for your team members.· Nurturing a psychologically safe environment where everybody helps and inspires each other to succeed, grow, and develop.· Building and maintaining strong collaborations with our stakeholders through network meetings and frequent alignment meetings.· Ensuring that all activities of the team are continuously aligned with business needs and our strategy.· Applying a continuous improvement mindset to ensure that solutions are optimized to meet business needs.In collaboration with training leaders and training personnel across ET’s Corporate Vice President areas, you will be accountable for ensuring that all business areas are successfully able to work with training standards, technologies, and solutions in an aligned and compliant way. In addition, you will be responsible for different training projects, training programs, or specific training solutions required as a result of larger process changes or projects in the line of business. To ensure delivery of the agreed business goals, you apply visual management and role-model customer-focused behaviour.QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you need:· A relevant academic background that could be within Organizational Development, Human Resources, Training, or a similar field.· Leadership skills and previous experience with informal leadership, or management consulting role· Knowledge of training and competence development is beneficial and understanding of what it takes to drive projects and changes in a production environment.· A well-developed strategic sense and problem-solving skills.· Fluency in English.As a person, you have excellent analytical abilities and thrive on solving problems systematically. You are highly organized and proactive, always striving for top-notch quality.About the DepartmentYou will be part of ET Strategy & Operational Excellence (S&OE).We are responsible for LEAN, Training, QMS, Environmental, Health, and Safety across ET.
