Then take a closer look at the exciting opportunity in our Novo Nordisk department for pen needles called Needle Supply.The positionYou will be the Associate Manager of the Technical Operation team, located in Hjørring, whose main task is to support our area in meeting its project commitments related to progress, deadlines, and transparency for stakeholders.Your team contributes with project engineering and technical expertise for the capacity expansions of Novo Nordisk pen needles around the world.Besides providing technical expertise in setting up new equipment at future business partners, this team is also key in operating current contract manufacturer of pen needles. This encompasses different technical areas (e.g., sterilization, cleanroom, IT, and validation).You should expect to play a key role in navigating with stakeholders, who also deliver resources in terms of competences and capabilities for our projects. This includes both internal departments and being on top of external consultant companies.As Associate Manager, you must be ahead of building and optimizing processes, team and people.QualificationsTo succeed in the position, you:

• have managerial experience and a strong focus on mentorship and team collaboration and are dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.

• are skilled in working with stakeholders at various levels within an organization and are dedicated to fostering inclusive partnerships and diverse collaboration.

• demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and can interact with suppliers and contract manufacturer around the world.

• are familiar with working in projects. .

• have a degree in engineering is an advantage.

• have excellent communicative skills in English.

It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of medical device production and GMP – perhaps even knowledge within qualification and validation of equipment and processes.As a person, you are not afraid of finding resolutions and setting direction. You are empathic, driven, proactive, and can develop your employees from where they are. You can work in a complex environment with constant changes and a high level of independence in prioritisation and planning execution.

About the teamThe Technical Operations team consists of 8 highly competent and engaged employees who ensure world class support within project execution. The team is part of Global Contract Manufacturing Devices with expertise that spans across a wide range of responsibilities, from managing external supply chains to external production and sourcing of high-quality medical components and needles.We are organised in 5 departments, primarily located at Site Hillerød and Site Hjørring, and with more than 200 employees dedicated to ensuring the supply of medical devices for Novo Nordisk.
