An established Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy in Manchester is looking for a skilled Associate Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in a variety of exciting projects, contribute to team development, and ensure high standards of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities for this Associate Engineer include:

* Lead the design and management of a wide range of projects from start to finish.
* Work closely with clients and design teams to develop innovative, high-quality engineering solutions.
* Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients and team members.
* Oversee all infrastructure aspects of projects, ensuring both technical approval and client satisfaction.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused work environment.
* Ensure adherence to British Standards, Euro Codes, and UK Building Regulations.

Qualifications and essentials for this Associate Engineer include:

* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
* Chartered or on the path to Chartered status (ICE or equivalent).
* At least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
* Proficiency in engineering software such as Tekla, Tedds, AutoCAD, Revit (basic knowledge), and Microsoft Office.
* Proven experience working on large-scale projects across various sectors, including:

* Industrial/Logistics
* Residential
* Commercial
* Energy
