Associate Employment

Linklaters is looking for a motivated experienced lawyer to join the Milan office in the position of Associate in the Employment team.

Linklaters is a Global Law Firm that primarily works in the main sectors of business law. Our Employment team advises international and Italian clients on all aspects of employment, pension and labour law. The team also works closely and in a highly integrated way with our corporate/M&A team, managing and planning all employment and incentives issues affecting M&A transactions.

The applicant must have the desire to work within an international environment of excellence, where he/she will have the opportunity to collaborate in the most interesting matters with the highest calibre of lawyers. As part of a global and large practice, teamwork is vital and you will also work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices.

Key requirements:

• Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University
• Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience
• Previous experience in the Labour sector
• Strong team work, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency level in English (C1)
