Location: Brighton (80% remote) 

An exciting new role in the Education Recruitment Team leading a small team to achieve ambitious student number targets across the UK Onshore, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, North America and Latin America region.

This role will focus on developing and implementing creative brand enablement strategies to achieve our UK and Ireland annual new student enrolment targets. Managing key stakeholder relationships including our diverse agent network, Partner Sales Team, Product Team, International Study Centre staff, Marketing, Conversion and Induction Teams and Admissions. The role will also involve working closely with our university partners via the Product Team, developing joint activity plans and providing regular market insights and feedback on product development.


  • Managing two Education Recruitment Managers based in Brighton.

  • Developing and executing regional sales plans, with clear KPIs across our UK and Ireland product portfolio

  • Leading on monthly forecasts for the entire region

  • Developing source market strategies in conjunction with the Associate Regional Director

  • Key point of contact with Partner Marketing, ensuring we send out targeted product communication to relevant agents.

  • Managing the annual travel schedule and budget sign off

  • Providing monthly insights and asks per centre to the Product Team

  • Student Recruitment responsibility across all agent and feeder channels

  • Represent centre/brand at exhibitions and recruitment events locally and overseas.

  • Provide product thought leadership and assessment of product opportunities.

  • Accountable for Brand Enablement Activities in market by delivering product education and training across sales team, Agent, Academic Partner and Digital network.


  • Experience in product sales and marketing, ideally in higher education.

  • Proven people management experience

  • CRM knowledge, preferably

  • Ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes.

  • A commercially savvy product specialist with a successful track record in delivering results.

  • Experience in successfully executing conversion and sales strategies.

  • Experience identifying a customer’s business drivers and influencing their buying behaviour in line with a customer value proposition.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.

  • Decision making, problem solving with strong negotiation skills.
