This role will be tasked with delivering valued LEGO (online, mobile and omni-channel) shopper and consumer experiences in conjunction with the LEGO digital strategy.
This role can be based in either in Madrid or Paris.
*No relocation support is offered for this role*
Core Responsibilities
Own the retail activation, innovation and sub-channel retailer development. Responsible for all on-platform retailer execution and compliance.
Lead the eCommerce execution of the LEGO marketing master plan and eCommerce specific shopper programs with the retailer.
Innovation Scouting & Creation: Stay in touch with trends in the retail industry (e-Commerce, Omnichannel and Brick & Mortar).
Brand deployment: Use, develop and improve LEGO technology stack with partners to deploy and scale the utilization of impactful assets.
Agency & Brand partnerships: Work with existing and collaborate with leading agencies as well as retailers and other brands to deliver planned campaigns/promotions.
Do you have what it takes?
Working experience in e-Commerce or Omnichannel environment with a focus on driving innovation and solutions.
Exposure to relevant areas of technology, innovation or consumer & shopper engagement
Background in leading and optimising performance marketing campaigns
Experience in project management and agile ways of working within a cross-functional retail marketing and eCommerce environment.
Analytical approach basing decisions on data insights and proof points
Understanding of the conversion funnel, the digital retail landscape, marketplaces and platforms, and the dynamics of e-Commerce and Omni-channel.
Deep understanding of IT environments (APIs, web, mobile, apps, search etc.)
Working proficiency (written and spoken) in English, French and Spanish.
