We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid. Responsibilities:Your role an Associate Director will involve:
- Support the execution of key employee journey moments like onboarding and exit interviews while identifying changes and improvement needs to enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with the IT Department to facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies that streamline internal Talent Management processes.
- Implement, assess, and amplify the impact of the annual employee engagement survey to ensure a comprehensive understanding of organizational sentiment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and integration of sophisticated annual analyses of critical human resources metrics.
- Strategically manage and lead institutional-level projects related to institutional competencies, leveraging communication and cultural initiatives to drive organizational growth.
- Support the integration of organizational competencies within recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes by working with the different Associate Directors of the team.
- Lead and implement the Talent Management communication plan, encompassing diverse formats, calendars, and targeted strategies to enhance internal stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A solid background in talent management or related fields.
- Academic qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent disciplines. Master´s Degree from a top University will be valued.
- Experience in communication plans will be valued.
- Effective communication skills and experience in implementing cultural change initiatives.
- Knowledge of development tools and onboarding processes.
- Ability to work as a team and foster a collaborative environment.
