Reporting to the Nordic-Baltic cluster HR Director, you will lead the Human capital forward by offering guidance, coaching and expertise to the Danish and Iceland teams and organizations. You will also be a part of the Danish Leadership Team.Your responsibilities include ensuring that core HR processes such as performance management and talent management are positioned and executed to deliver value to the business. Additionally, you will actively participate in the Nordic-Baltic HR leadership team and take on responsibilities and projects with a Pan-Nordic focus.This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and contribute to our company’s growth and success, and we are looking for highly talented individual who is eager to make a meaningful impact and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.You will be expected to be in Copenhagen office 2-3 days per week. Travelling could be up to 10-20% max.Main areas of responsibility:Provide advice and solutions on people and organization implications of business strategies and decisions.Coach and support leaders to effectively lead and manage people and teams.Ensure organizational development aligns with business objectives.Partner in bringing in and developing future-focused capabilities.Lead talent management to accelerate the development of talent pipeline.Ensure the company applies competitive compensation and benefits.Cultivate a performance-driven culture through setting objectives, development planning, and continuous feedback.Lead effective employee relations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, fostering positive dialogue with work councils.Support the development of a strong company culture.Drive initiatives and projects at a Pan-Nordic level, contributing to broader organizational goals and success.QualificationsAcademic degree in business, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.Sufficient experience in business-focused HR partner role.Previous experience working in a global company.Proficiency in employment law, employment relations, and HR practices.Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of nurturing trustful relationships with various stakeholders at all levels or organizations.Ability to inspire, gain buy-in, and influence to achieve results.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.A good place to workOur employees are the key to our company’s success.
