We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid. Responsibilities:Your role as Associate Director, Asset Management & Planning will involve:
- Coordinate the course calendar and structure with the Programme Management.
- Development and implementation of programme guidelines.
- Support professors´ assignation process together with the Area Directors.
- Gather professors´preferences and indications.
- Plan and schedule the IE business programmes.
- Activities´analysis and solutions implementation for process optimization.
- Monitoring day-to-day scheduling changes.
- Oversee the correct course performance.
- Inform studens about agendas´ adjustments.
Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:
- University Degree
- Master’s Degree
- English: advanced
- 3 years’ experience in process/operations´ related positions.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and establishing priorities.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Team player person
- Hands-on approach
- Microsoft Office.
