Job DescriptionAssociate Clinical Research Associate (aCRA)About the PositionWe are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Clinical Research Associate (aCRA) to join our team. This position is with Our Company in Denmark, a leading pharmaceutical company.As an aCRA, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on conducting excellent clinical trials and ensuring high site performance. Clinical research is a top priority at Our Company, and as an aCRA, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the trial protocols and related procedures while being responsible for managing assigned trials and sites. Under the oversight of a CRA Manager, you will have overall responsibility as the primary site contact and site manager throughout the entire process.About You:We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, thrives in a challenging environment, and is passionate about making a difference. You will be joining a fast-paced team filled with positive and experienced individuals to support your journey.The ideal candidate should:

  • Be fluent in both local language and English.
  • Have an understanding and some working knowledge of clinical research, including the phases of clinical trials, current GCP/ICH regulations, and country-specific clinical research laws and guidelines.
  • Possess strong data analysis skills and the ability to identify challenges in order to find solutions.
  • Have a tolerant attitude and be comfortable working in a multicultural setting.
  • Have advanced IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new clinical IT applications on various devices (computer, tablet, and mobile).
  • Be willing to travel domestically for approximately 30-40 percent of their working time.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.

We are looking for an Associate Clinical Research Associate who:

  • Has minimum two years of clinical research experience.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree with a strong emphasis on science and/or biology.
