This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland- HYBRID.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Document processing in Transfer Agency – ensuring the accurate and timely processing & maintenance of a variety of document related to our transfer agency operations.
  • Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
  • Process account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction.
  • Perform activities related to reconciliations, rebate services and settlements, deciphering complex exceptions between systems, clients etc. as well process diverse types of accounts.
  • Control Investor Service client data – overseeing the management and integrity of client data within our Investor Services division, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
  • Liaise with multiple groups across the world – acting as a key point of contact, coordinating and communicating with various teams and stakeholders globally to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and check reporting to Clients and internal stakeholders through the appropriate and dedicated TA platform.
  • Monitor exception reports to identify and resolve errors,
  • Integrate in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
  • Familiarize with team procedures as and when they come up for update.
  • Contribute to the achievement of related teams’ objectives.
  • Provide analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
  • Answer inquiries, solve problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
  • Any additional tasks or project work assigned to you by the Manager

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • min.3 years of total work experience, experience in banking operations/accounting/reconciliation will be an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Quick to develop new skills and a pro-active approach to learning and training.
  • Fluent English is essential for this role, Good German would be an asset.
  • successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic, flexible and have the drive to be successful while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
