This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.Job title in contract: Associate, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC IIYou will have a direct impact on the client experience with service quality, timeliness and accuracy being key elements of the role. This role requires a direct contact with clients via email and phone.

  • Analyzing clients` documents in accordance with internal procedures
  • Working directly with the front office and clients to authorize the delivered documents
  • Generating and providing information to questions from internal and external clients
  • Working autonomously with minimal supervision focusing on improvements
  • Performing quality control tasks within the team at various level
  • Managing the process: assigning daily tasks, maintaining the shared mailbox, handling escalations
  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of the urgency of client instructions and transactions
  • Acting as back up for team leader, proactively supporting team members and clients
  • Making sure all individual and team deadlines are met

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Fluent English spoken and written (B2/C1 level)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking and ability to understand complexities.
  • Pro-active, goal orientated and driven to find solutions
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
