  • Collaborate with team members to assess logistics needs and perform actions required
  • Identify and resolve basic logistics issues; to ensure cost effectiveness, quality, delivery and service level are met
  • Prepare reports and analysis such as sales and collections report, Short Expiry Inventory report, sales or inventory MIS, YTD customer-related sales report, etc
  • Perform basic analysis to improve supply chain operations
  • Fulfill routine orders to the satisfaction of the customers, and arrange for prompt deliveries
  • Liaise with freight forwarders/ domestic transportation partners/ customs / relevant government departments to ensure cost effectiveness, quality, timeliness are met
  • Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership

What you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor’s Degree 1 Year years experience previous related experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field PreferredWhat else we look for (Preferred):

  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., JDE) preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
  • Ability to develop compliance processes and procedures
  • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Work is performed independently on sections of projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
