Ansell is looking for an Assoc Director, Center of Excellence Commercial Ops to join our team in Brussels or Krakow.

In this position you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing customer experiences in the EMAP region. This role collaborates with the Supply Chain CoE function to ensure process integration and supports continuous improvement in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) practices. Key responsibilities include leading improvement initiatives, fostering innovation, and delivering actionable analytics. This position will work with Commercial Analytics to ensure dashboards and reports drive decisions and will train teams on best practices while guiding changes in processes, technologies, and strategies. A major deliverable is the creation of a regional control tower to promote operational excellence, including process documentation, stakeholder requirements, and training.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Senior Director Commercial Operations, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute strategies for operational excellence and continuous improvement, including driving process innovations and implementing best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics and evaluate process improvements to ensure objectives are met and efficiency is enhanced.
  • Provide comprehensive business analytics, translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders; design, develop & maintain dashboard and reports.
  • Coach and mentor teams to build capabilities; design & deliver training programs
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all process changes and updates are accurately recorded and communicated
  • Lead and facilitate changes to internal processes, practices, and technologies, including process and stakeholder mapping
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key regional projects.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, and foster the relationships with customers to understand/ meet their needs.
  • Identify and develop tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Experience process, Sales & Operational Excellence (S&OE), PMO, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in driving operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Experience in leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong expertise in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and business analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong leadership with ability to train, coach, and mentor teams effectively
  • Proactive & adaptable, with strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Languages: Fluent English (written & spoken), any other languages a plus
