Assoc Dir, Site Management

We’re looking for an Associate Director level Line Manager within the Clinical Operations Department that will be responsible for the direct management of a team of CRAs. Accountable of resource oversight, upskilling, performance monitoring and career development to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.

• Lead the day-to-day strategy and strategic management of assigned CRAs, including Project allocation, workload balancing, performance assessment, and individual development;
• Track and review KPI at both individual and team level ensuring alignment with global standards and local targets;
• Manage and approve RAL, vacation plans, promotions/progressions, and recognition program in close collaboration with HR and according to company policies;
• Collaborate with head of Clinops, peers and other cross functional stakeholders to ensure efficient Country delivery.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €63,300.00 – €107,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
