Specialising in residential and mixed-use projects, they have a proven track record of navigating complex and often challenging planning scenarios to deliver successful outcomes.

The Role
As a Graduate Planner, you will:
Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.

Conduct research and site appraisals to support planning strategies.
*
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
*
Support the team in negotiating planning permissions.
*
Stay up to date with planning policies and regulations.
What They’re Looking For
A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred).

Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A genuine interest in shaping the built environment.
