Assistant Town Planner – Milton Keynes – GBPNegotiable

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior planners on various projects related to land use, zoning, and development proposals.
* Conduct research and analysis to support planning initiatives.
* Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
* Engage with the community to gather input and address concerns regarding planning projects.
* Stay updated on current planning regulations, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in GIS, CAD, or other relevant planning software is a plus.
* Previous experience or internships in urban planning or a related field is desirable.
