The Position as an Assistant Town Planner:

* Conduct research and analysis to support planning applications.
* Manage and prepare planning applications, appeals, and policy representations.
* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
* Provide expert planning advice tailored to client needs.
* Stay updated on planning regulations and legislative changes.

Essential Criteria as an Assistant Town Planner:

* Previous planning experience in a similar position
* A degree accredited by the RTPI (or equivalent) in planning or a related field within the built environment
* Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills
* RTPI accreditation is desirable, with mentoring available to support the APC process
