Your responsibilities will include supporting teachers with lesson planning, preparing resources, and leading whole classes during the teacher’s non-contact time or in their short-term absence.Supply Desk offers comprehensive training, a full induction programme, and various career paths to help you grow in your teaching career. We provide continuous professional development and support as you progress in your role.About youThe ideal Assistant Teacher will have a minimum of three years’ experience working with children and young people who have special educational or complex needs, either in a special school setting or a similar environment. You should be able to work independently, liaise effectively with other professionals, and use ICT tools to support learning.
