What You’ll Do
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store driving commercial success while developing your team and creating an exceptional brand experience.

You will:

-Lead from the front to create a high-performance, winning culture
-Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations: sales, service, stock, people, and compliance
-Use store KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and take action
-Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve targets
-Ensure a seamless and inspiring shopping experience through strong visual merchandising and store standards
-Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where everyone can thrive
-Drive a culture of curiosity and continuous learning on the shop floorWhat You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a passion for people and sport.

-18+ months’ experience in sports or fashion retail, with 12+ months at Assistant Store Manager level
-Strong team leadership and coaching skills
-Confident with KPIs, performance analysis, and decision-making
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Good knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations
-Experience in team development, training, and handling challenging situations
-Comfortable with MS Office and fluent in EnglishWhat We Offer
