Temporary Assistant Site Manager Opportunity with a National House Builder in Hassocks

We are a leading national house builder with a presence in Hassocks. We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Assistant Site Manager with the potential for permanent placement. This position provides an opportunity to join a great team, showcase your skills, and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

* Call off materials and manage inventory efficiently.
* Oversee the progression of plots from 1st fix to CML.
* Develop and implement short-term programmes for project completion.
* Coordinate and participate in site meetings.
* Handle Home Quality Inspections effectively.
* Manage all on-site duties including health & safety protocols.
* Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring timely completion of tasks
