Through coaching, training and collaboration, we increase our clients’ security maturity, as well as our own expertise.About the ChallengeAs a Project Management Assistant at Toreon, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cybersecurity projects, focusing primarily on administrative responsibilities. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the high standards Toreon is renowned for.In this role, you will manage administrative tasks to streamline project workflows, swiftly identify and address project challenges, and be instrumental in reporting quality incidents. Your insights will be essential in recommending improvements to our Quality Management System (QMS), enhancing its efficiency and effectiveness.Your enthusiasm for cybersecurity will be an asset to our projects. You will meticulously prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready in advance to facilitate smooth and productive discussions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of project documentation and correspondence, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress and any pertinent changes.Your position is vital to the success of our projects, and your proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail will significantly contribute to the seamless operation of our project teams. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- General MS office skills are a must.
- Experience working with a CRM-system is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus.
Educational Requirements
- Relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 is a plus, but not required.
