  • Documented scientific achievements (publications in psychology journals with an impact factor) in the field of psychology or, more broadly, in behavioral sciences.
  • Experience in leading a research grant from NCN, NCBR, MNiSW, or an equivalent institution.
  • Participation in scientific conferences in Poland and abroad.
  • Willingness to engage in organizational work, including participation in university committees.
  • Availability to conduct scientific research in Wrocław and its surroundings (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
  • Proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities: * Systematic scientific development, demonstrated through publishing in academic journals with an impact factor,

  • participation in scientific conferences.
  • Obtaining research grants.
  • Organizational work in support of the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences.
