• Preferred research and teaching areas: history of aesthetics, philosophy of art including knowledge of the perception of art, the formation of aesthetic values, the subjective cognitive conditions of art, and from the area of the broadly understood philosophy of culture, contemporary aesthetics..
• Predisposition to research work confirmed by the opinion of an independent research or research and teaching employee.
• Precise research plans, in line with the evaluation criteria.
• Significant scientific achievements, including English-language publications, in line with the research plans of the department to which the candidate is to be admitted.
• Cooperation with foreign and domestic research centers.
• Participation in research projects, both as a manager and as a participant / contractor.
• Documented teaching experience, including conducting autonomous courses (proseminars, tutorials, workshops).
• Ability to conduct courses in Polish and English.
• Certified knowledge of English.
• Activities for the dissemination of philosophy outside the university environment.

Responsibilities * Conducting research.

• Preparation of scientific publications, appearing in highly scored journals and prestigious publications.
• Applying for internal and external (including international) research grants.
• Applying for foreign research scholarships.
• Conducting courses with students of 1st and 2nd degree studies and students of the Doctoral School (also in English).
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with foreign research centers.
