Offer DescriptionNaval Architecture Institute, Faculty of Mechanical and Ship Technology is looking for a candidate for the position of Assistant Professor.
Tasks / role
-conducting scientific research at the European and global level in the perspective of several years, culminating in the submission of an application for obtaining a habilitated doctor’s degree in the scientific discipline of mechanical engineering or a related
-conducting teaching classes in the field of naval engineering in Polish and in English
-obtaining financing and conducting research projects in the area of mechanical engineering
-increasing cooperation with leading international research centers and the economic environment, both local and internationalRequirements:
-PhD in Mechanical Engineering or similar scientific discipline
-experience in carrying out scientific projects in the field of Naval Architecture
-at least 5 years experience in conducting lectures at a university level
-good knowledge of Polish and English allowing possibility of giving lectures in both Polish and English
-good knowledge of the use of computer tools associated with 3D designAdditional requirements:
– practical experience in naval architecture
– cooperation with industry in the field of ship technologyDocuments:
