- Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences
- Author or co-author of at least four scientific monographs or scientific articles published in journals or publications listed in the register applicable for the year of their publication, as referred to in § 87 sec. 1 and 4
- In the last two calendar years, the candidate has achieved an average annual score for scientific articles, scientific monographs, or chapters in scientific monographs at least 50% higher than the minimum average annual number of points required for a positive evaluation of research activity for an academic teacher employed in the position of assistant, as specified in the rules for academic staff evaluation valid on the day of application submission,
- Received a positive opinion from the committee responsible for didactic matters regarding the teaching activities conducted, and in the case of candidates applying for employment who are not employees of SGGW, received a positive opinion from the committee based on a scientific presentation delivered at a seminar organized by the unit where the employment is sought
- Documented proficiency in English or another congress language at a level enabling independent writing of scientific publications in that language and delivering presentations at scientific conferences,
- Has led, is leading, or has submitted a research project covering scientific research, development work, or the implementation of investments related to education and scientific activities, maintenance of scientific and research apparatus, research positions (SPUB), or special IT equipment (SPUBi), financed through competitive funding by foreign institutions or international organizations or national institutions, or has secured, through SGGW, funding for research services (KZL) commissioned by entities outside the higher education and science system worth at least 50,000 PLN
- Fluency in spoken and written Polish.
- Proven aptitude for scientific work, demonstrated by published articles, submitted research projects, participation in scientific conferences, internships, scholarships, and documented national and international scientific collaborations.
- Expertise in research on the activity of biologically active substances, with a focus on chemical and biological techniques, including animal models (Gallus gallus domesticus).
- Specialist in the breeding, raising, and nutrition of monogastric animals, with particular emphasis on poultry, including chemical and physicochemical analysis of animal products (pH, color, WHC, free and thermal drip, fatty acid profile, lipid metabolism, antioxidant potential (DPPH, GSH, MDA) of poultry meat).
- Participation in the execution of four scientific projects, either basic research, applied research, or research services (KZL), as a principal investigator or contributor.
- Expert in conducting accredited laboratory analyses (Polish Accreditation Center) in basic analysis (dry matter, crude ash, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber) of agri-food products, and participation in the validation of analytical methods.
- Proficient in the use of basic MS Office programs, including MS Teams.
- Expert in using software for formulating feed rations for livestock, such as WinPasze, INRAtion, and related programs.
- Expert in the statistical analysis of scientific research results in agriculture, with the ability to utilize various data sources for analysis (including PCA analysis), and proficiency with statistical software (PS Imago PRO, Statistica).
- Experience in teaching courses on the nutrition of farm and companion animals, feed science, and the physiology of the digestive tract, in Polish.
- Demonstrates positive personal qualities, such as creativity, responsibility, diligence, communication skills, a readiness to deepen knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
