- PhD degree in biological sciences
- Scientific achievements demonstrating extensive experience in bioinformatics analyses, documented by publications in journals from the Philadelphia list
- Extensive experience in genomic, transcriptomic, and epigenomic data analysis
- Willingness to support research teams with diverse research topics in bioinformatics analyses
- Very good command of the English language
- Willingness to acquire new skills and pursue scientific development
- Independence and excellent work organization
Specific Requirements
- Proficiency in using protein sequence databases
- Experience in comparative genome analysis and evolutionary changes in transcriptomes and proteomes
- Ability to work with advanced sequencing technologies and process large datasets
- Experience in installing and managing bioinformatics environments
- Ability to correlate miRNA analysis results with transcripts and their impact on the studied biological processes

Selection processThe first stage of the selection procedure is the formal assessment of the submitted documents.
