As a Researcher in the IGAB PAS, you will: * be responsible for the planning and experimental design of all research activities associated with your project role.

Specific RequirementsRequirements: * PhD degree in either: Biology, Biotechnology, Animal Science, Agriculture, Health Science or related discipline.

  • Have extensive knowledge of the selected area with documented experience in laboratory techniques, e.g. work with cell lines, microscopic and immunochemical analyses, basics of molecular biology, molecular analyses using ddPCR and qPCR methods, conducting experiments in epigenetics research and work with animals – mice, knowledge of physiological and behavioral methods.
  • Publications from the JCR list – (minimum 3 papers if 1 year or less has elapsed since obtaining the doctoral degree). The candidate’s achievements will be assessed by the Scientific Staff Development Committee
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and statistical programs.
  • Demonstrate a very good ability to work in a team
  • Necessary condition: having a category B driving license and high mobility – the position involves delegations and business trips, moreover, the place of work is located approx. 25 km from Warsaw.
