Offer DescriptionThe competition for the position of assistant professor in a group of research and teaching staff in the field of the arts in the discipline of fine arts and art conservation in the Department of Design Arts in the Faculty of Architecture at Bialystok University of Technology.The competition is opened for those who meet the conditions specified in the Law on Higher Education and Science of July 20th 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 478, as amended) and § 65 (1) and § 66-68 Statute of Bialystok University of Technology.Additional requirements for the candidate: * specialized education in interior design;

• teaching experience as an academic teacher;
• significant and outstanding design achievements included in the table of artistic achievements taken into account in the evaluation of the discipline;
• proficient knowledge of specialized software (SketchUp, V- Ray, AutoCad, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.).

Required documents: * an application to the Rector of the Bialystok University of Technology for employment as an assistant professor in a group of research and teaching staff;

• self-report of scientific, educational and organizational achievements and a list of publications;
• a statement of compliance requirements specified at art. 113 and 116 of the Law on Higher Education and Science of July 20, 2018 as well as specified in § 65 (1) and § 66-68 of the Statute of the Białystok University of Technology (template available for download at

, in the tabs: Work at the Białystok University of Technology – Database of forms and documents); * a document confirming the knowledge of a foreign language at a level of at least B2; in the case of foreigners, knowledge of the Polish language sufficient to enable the preparation and conduct of classes;

• other documents, materials or information which could be essential in the competition.

At the time of being hired at Bialystok University of Technology, the candidate is obliged to: * have the base employment stationed at the Bialystok University of Technology;

• post an affiliation of the Bialystok University of Technology in their publications;
• submit a statement regarding the entry of self into the employees contributing to science in the discipline of fine arts and art conservation as well as a statement of representing the discipline of fine arts and art conservation.
