• Doctoral degree in psychology or related disciplines (obtained no later than February 28, 2025) and a master’s degree in psychology
• Teaching experience in one of the following areas: psychometrics

or statistics or psychological research methodology or psychological diagnosis * Fluent knowledge of the Polish language

• Willingness to teach on weekdays and/or weekends
• Commitment to declare employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work

Specific Requirements

• Experience in active participation in international scientific conferences is welcome
• Scientific achievements in the field of psychology evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals with impact factor are welcome

Eligibility criteria

• Academic achievements – 20% of the final assessment
• Teaching achievements – 50% of the final assessment
• Organizational and practical achievements – 30% of the final assessment
