- Doctoral degree in psychology or related disciplines (obtained no later than February 28, 2025) and a master’s degree in psychology
- Teaching experience in one of the following areas: psychometrics
or statistics or psychological research methodology or psychological diagnosis * Fluent knowledge of the Polish language
- Willingness to teach on weekdays and/or weekends
- Commitment to declare employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work
Specific Requirements
- Experience in active participation in international scientific conferences is welcome
- Scientific achievements in the field of psychology evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals with impact factor are welcome

- Academic achievements – 20% of the final assessment
- Teaching achievements – 50% of the final assessment
- Organizational and practical achievements – 30% of the final assessment
