They have a master’s degree in psychology;2. Hold a doctoral degree in the field of social sciences;3. They have research experience documented by publications in peer-reviewed national and international scientific journals4. Having experience in participating in research projects or clinical work will be an additional advantage;5. They know English at a communicative level and above; knowledge of a second foreign language will be an additional advantage;6. Know advanced statistics and use statistical programs (SPSS, AMOS, R, etc.)7. They undertake to take up employment at the University of Lodz as their primary place of work and on a full-time basis;8.
