  • Teaching and conducting classes
  • Organisational activities for the benefit of the Faculty
  • Improvement of the academic teacher’s workshop
  • Development of original teaching programmes
  • Organisation of the teaching process

  • Publication of research results in scoring journals and monographs

RequirementsResearch Field Management sciences » Other Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/Qualifications

  • PhD degree in the social sciences, in the discipline of management and quality sciences
  • Minimum one year of experience in teaching students and preparing teaching materials
  • Fluency in Polish and English (to the extent to be able to teach and participate in international research projects)
  • Professional experience gained outside the university
  • Experience in conducting training, workshops and trainings
  • Experience in organising scientific conferences
  • Experience in raising funds for the organisation’s activities and projects
  • Scientific publications
  • Participation in national and international grants (as manager and/or contractor)
  • Awards and distinctions for scientific activities
  • Active participation in national and international scientific conferences
  • Experience in popularisation and commercialisation of research results
  • Readiness to work weekends
  • Declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work

Specific Requirements

  • Experience in the organisation of the didactic process (planning and organisation of didactic classes, preparation of teaching loads for lecturers, preparation of regulations, procedures and instructions for didactics, implementation of new didactic programmes)

Eligibility criteria

  • Academic achievements: 50% of the final score
  • Teaching achievements: 30% of the final score
  • Practical and administrative achievements: 20% of the final score
