  • the candidate should have a higher education diploma and a master’s degree in engineering in the discipline of food technology and human nutrition,
  • experience in conducting scientific work in the field of food technology/food engineering, documented by relevant scientific achievements, including at least 20 publications with the IF impact index
  • experience in conducting research on drying techniques, innovative preliminary operations using, among others, ultrasound, pulsed electric field, pulsed light, cold plasma; experience in food and packaging materials analysis; ability to qualitatively and quantitatively determine food ingredients using classical, chromatographic and spectroscopic methods, examining the internal structure using microscopic techniques and computer tomography, ability to operate technological and analytical equipment – in the field of determining the physical and chemical properties of food
  • documented participation in national and international scientific conferences in the form of presented oral reports and posters
  • experience in conducting teaching classes at a university in Polish and English in the field of specialized subjects in the field of food engineering
  • very good knowledge of English, enabling you to independently write scientific publications in this language, present reports at scientific conferences, conduct classes in English and conduct research in foreign scientific units
  • completing an international scientific intership

Appreciated:

  • computer skills, including MS Office and statistical programs,
  • active in the field of academic life,
  • experience in projects of science popularizing (activities in scientific organizations, the organization of science festivals an other events popularizing science).

  • participating in organizational work for the University, • increasing professional competences
