• have a doctoral degree in the social sciences in the discipline of legal sciences, with a dissertation in the field of constitutional law;
• having a publication from the Announcement of the Minister of Science and Higher Education in the field of constitutional law (preferred publications for, among others, 100 points);
• having a minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience in a higher education institution in the field of law and administration in the field of constitutional law;
• national and international scientific activity manifested by: participation in scientific conferences on constitutional law, organizing committees of scientific conferences, activity in scientific societies/associations, international cooperation;
• full availability to teach full-time studies several days a week and part-time studies;
• commitment to the organisational work of the University;
• fluency in spoken and written Polish and another modern foreign language.

• personal questionnaire for the candidate for employment;
• scans of documents confirming education and qualifications held;
• a list of scientific publications with scoring;
• list of conferences in which the candidate has participated and the conferences organised;
• declaration of full legal capacity;
• declaration of not being punished by a final court sentence for an intentional crime;
• a declaration of not being punished by a disciplinary penalty of permanent or fixed-term deprivation of the right to exercise the profession of academic teacher;
• declaration of exercising full public rights;
• declaration of consent to the processing of personal data contained in the job offer for the needs of the recruitment process;
• statement that in case of winning the competition, the Casimir Pulaski University of Radom will be the primary place of work.
