Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager
Salary: A‚¬3,000 – A‚¬3,300 gross per month

About the position:

* Support the operations manager on day-to-day operations
* Approach all encounters with customer and Team Members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
* Promotes a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
* Maintains Resident/guest privacy and confidentiality by protecting all personal information.
* Familiar with emergency and safety procedures for your role.

Responsibilities:

* Supports the successful execution of all operations.
* Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures; disciplining Team Members.
* Achieves guest services operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, including but not limited to productivity, quality, customer-service standards, resolving problems, identifying trends and assisting with implementing change.
* Attend and contribute to periodic meetings to maintain favourable working relationships among team members and promote maximum team morale, productivity, and efficiency.
* Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing safety policies procedures, complying with legal regulations and investigations and reporting with Human Resources and Legal departments.
* Monitors guest surveys and reviews, contacting guests regarding service and product.

The ideal candidate:

* Previous experience on a similar role
* Demonstrated strong guest service, problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated energetic, self-motivating and a “can do” positive attitude.
* Proficiency in English is a must, Dutch is a plus
* Successfully manages people to achieve performance goals. Excellent people management skills including resolving conflict, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management.
* Take accountability and ownership for work performance
* Demonstrated ability to manage conflict / resolution, stress and time management
