• Conduct and publish scientific research.
• Provide organizational work for the Department, Faculty and University.

• An aptitude for teaching and research work at the position of an academic teacher.
• Experience in conducting classes at a higher education institution (minimum two years) in the following areas: construction technology, underground construction, building materials with concrete technology, and new generation concretes.
• Ongoing doctoral studies in the discipline of civil engineering, geodesy, and transport.
• Documented scientific achievements in the discipline of civil engineering, geodesy, and transport in the form of scientific publications, allowing for classification to the group of research and teaching staff. Minimum five publications on the JCR list, minimum two articles published in 2023-24 with a total minimum score of 55 points.
• English language proficiency at a level that allows for studying literature and writing scientific articles.
• In the case of foreigners, knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing at a level sufficient for conducting classes with students.
