Offer DescriptionVacancy for research assistant in Department of Power Systems and Environmental Protection Facilities, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics, AGH University of Krakow, discipline: mechanical engineering.RequirementsResearch Field Engineering Education Level Master Degree or equivalentSkills/QualificationsCandidate should fulfill requirements specified by Act from 20 July 2018 yr – Law on Higher Education and Science (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 742 z późn. zm.).Specific Requirements

  • Completed technical university studies, master’s degree in engineering in the field of mechanics and machine construction, energy, etc.,
  • academic achievements in the field of mechanical engineering, CFD modeling, CO2 capture technology,
  • at least five articles in the field of energy machines and devices from the discipline of Mechanical Engineering, in journals listed in the ministerial list, with Impact Factor within the last three years,
  • documented active participation in scientific conferences,
  • knowledge of computational software such as Ansys Fluent, Ansys CFX, Simcenter Star-CCM+, AutoCad, Solidworks,
  • proficiency in the use of software for Computational Fluid Dynamics modeling, heat transfer,
  • experience in the field of teaching,
  • participation in the international research and development projects,
  • knowledge of foreign language: English (at least B2 level),
  • academic level teaching qualification, as certified by the Certificate of Teaching Excellence Course or certification of equivalent qualification.
