About the Assistant General Manager position

* To lead a team and achieve results.
* Provide training and development for staff.
* Lead from the front and check all company paperwork, including H&S/financial audits.
* Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience.
* Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service.
