We are currently seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Bolzano, part of the Marriott International portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Front Office team, including Reception, Night Audit, and Guest Services
– Ensure a smooth and professional check-in/check-out experience for all guests
– Lead, train, and support front office associates, ensuring Marriott brand standards are upheld
– Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly with a guest-focused approach
– Assist in scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
– Serve as a role model for exceptional service and team leadership
– Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to maintain efficient front desk operations

– Previous experience in a front office supervisory or assistant management role, ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment
– Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
– Excellent guest service mindset and problem-solving abilities
– Fluency in Italian and English is required; German is a strong plus
– Knowledge of Opera PMS and MGS
– Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
