The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Under the direction of the F&B Manager, the Assistant F&B Manager assists in supervising operations at all points of sale of the restaurant (Restaurant La Terrasse, Bar Latitude, breakfast service and banquets). He/she participates in the development of menus and the universe of all points of sale, in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and the Executive Chef, and under the supervision of the Director of Operations. He/she assists the F&B teams in busy periods and takes over their supervision in the absence of the Manager. He/she guides and motivates the teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
