My client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistant Development Manager to join our dynamic team. With a focus on residential and hotel development projects, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the development process from site appraisal to project completion. The Position as an Assistant Development Planner:
The Assistant Development Planner will support the development team in managing real estate projects, primarily in the residential and hotel sectors, from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include conducting site and financial appraisals, negotiating planning agreements (e.g., S106), liaising with consultants, and reviewing architectural designs and more!
Essential Criteria as an Assistant development Manager:
* Degree in Estate Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in development management, with a focus on residential and hotel schemes.
* Strong financial modelling and project budgeting skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and CRM systems related to real estate.
* Experience in land acquisition, planning applications, and utility connections.
